Chromium on Ubuntu 9.04

Works great. All I had to do was to enable flash by copying libflashplayer.so to /usr/lib/chromium-browser/plugins.

You have to start chromium with --enable-plugins prefix, just embed it into the shortcut, no hassle.

Everything works nice and smooth, really liking it so far.

So stupid Swedish authorities decided to take TPB offline today. Things are not looking too bright for my favorite tracker at the moment. The site is still online but I guess the traffic is beeing tunneled from another country - hence the creepy slow connection.

Well, I wish them best of luck!

UPDATE:
as I've thought, they have relocated the servers. The site will be up as soon as peoples DNS servers update. I suggest using OpenDNS

Another hot day

Lately, I'm getting up at 5 am, because otherwise it's impossible to do anything with the temperatures being as high as they are.

So I have some new photos from this morning aaaand another thing - I saved this little bird from my cat Ninja, otherwise he would have had her for breakfast. She was so tiny. There are some images and one video. I've also put in a screenshot of my desktop. I've been using the new ubuntu 9.04 for quite some time now and It works great for me. You should try it.

busy day

I haven't slept for 30 hours.

Today I've figured out a couple of new things:

- LG mobile phone software sucks. Slovenian translation is translated with babelfish or something like that.
- I've barely synchronized 980 nokia's addresses and phone numbers with lg kf750 - painstaking experience.
- Started using IDrive - an online backup solution. I've installed it on all of our home computers so atleast the documents and some images are backed up.
- I've ran a couple of miles 5.30 in the morning. I'm getting good at this. I've been running for a while now and I feel much better. I have more energy and don't perspire as much.

Now I'm so tired I think I'm gonna fall asleep while writing this. Must get up at 05.00 am.

I've installed Windows 7 and now I'm testing the Blogger Buddy desktop widget. I guess it works :D

What's up

Hello there, I haven't been active on here for quite some time now.

To summarize:

- I've worked a lot, like a lot
- I've been traveling a lot
- I've been injured, visited the hospital, got some stitches

Now I'm back and guess what I'll be doing now?

- Working
- Working
- Working

I also visited Bosnia after about 5 years and got back together with some old friends. Now we're keeping in touch all the time. I've even created a CS (counter strike) server for us to hang out some time. It's nice to keep in touch, now I'm angry why I didn't do this sooner.

So at the moment I'm resting and removing my stitches, getting high on sugar and working at home. I'm also visiting a couple of drupal camps in the near future so there's a lot of stuff going on. Which is nice ;)
